Will WeatherMan run on a computer not using Windows (Mac, Linux, etc.)?

No.  WeatherMan was written using software which specifically targets the Windows operating systems.

Is WeatherMan compatible with Windows Vista or 7?

Not at this time.  The amount of work required to bring WeatherMan up to date with these new operating systems is significant, requiring hundreds of hours.  Since donations for the program have been all but non existent, no one is paid for those hours.  Who wants to work for free?  :-)

WeatherMan might be reworked in the future as a shareware application.  If so, then compatibility for newer operating system would be offered.
